It is an effective fat burning, &lt;a href="http://www.aboutcellulite-reduction.com/cellulite-exercise.php"&gt;cellulite exercise&lt;/a&gt; &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;but much safer than jogging as it is less likely to hurt your joint. It is recommended to do it at least 2-3 times a week to achieve optimal result. Then, lift your right foot towards the ceiling and hold it as high as possible for at least 5 seconds, making sure that your foot flexed, knee at 90 degree angle with your back flat throughout the exercise. Then, lift your leg off the floor for about 8 inches high and bring it down.
